針對訪美議題，朱立倫昨天在市政會議受訪時表示，「當然有在考量」，並預告今天和梅健華碰面；他強調，國民黨不管跟美國、日本或各國長期都保持友好、長期的聯繫，各國尤其是美國對國民黨非常有信心，認為國民黨在兩岸政策上非常穩健，是區域和平的貢獻者，絕對不會是麻煩製造者。
